Our services include acquisition and sale, valuation services, as well as analysis, consulting and owner services. We also take care of rental and right-of-occupancy apartments and the technical and administrative management of commercial properties. We are part of Retta Group, which is the major player in providing property transaction as well as management and consulting services in Scandinavia and in the Baltics. We employ approximately 2,000 in Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
