Ventilation optimisation service

Section 13 of the Rescue Act 379/2011 specifies that ventilation equipment must be maintained in good condition.

The owner, occupant and operator of the building must ensure that the ventilation ducts and equipment are maintained and cleaned so that they do not pose a risk of fire in the common areas, the systems serving the entire building and the premises that are in the possession of the occupant.

In Finland, ventilation experts have a saying: ‘In Finland, the air is clean outdoors, but the same can often not be said of the indoor air in buildings.’

Ventilation has a decisive impact on the condition of the property and the health and comfort of the people living and doing business there. As a whole, it is essential that the replacement air is brought indoors by clean routes, filtered and handled with as much control as possible.

At the same time, improved ventilation can often significantly optimise a property’s energy consumption and at the same time reduce its carbon footprint. To help our customers in fulfilling their legal obligations and at the same time ensure that the property’s indoor air quality, energy consumption and carbon footprint are optimised, we have productised the new Retta Plus service.
