The Rescue Act and other regulations impose obligations on the owners of buildings and the boards of housing companies to ensure fire safety and to assess and eliminate fire risks. The new fire safety service for properties, which is only available to Retta customers, helps ensure that the legal obligations and requirements relating to the fire safety of properties are met, now and also in the future.

To make sure that the fire safety and fire risk assessment of your property will not come down to its costs, we have priced our services very competitively without compromising the quality of the services.

Here is a summary of the service’s content:

  1. A fire safety risk assessment of your property at agreed 12, 24 or 36-month intervals.  Depending on the property, our specialist will review and inspect the site based on an check-list with up to 242 points.
  2. Includes a risk report and a cost estimate for any repair work required.
  3. Right to benefit from all repair and maintenance price discounts for the entire contract period.
  4. The service also includes the digitisation and updating of the rescue plan.
