With the help of its own designated energy manager, the journey to a carbon-neutral property is clearly defined and the needs of each property are identified.
Everything starts with monitoring and measuring consumption, so that we know what is happening in the property. With consumption monitoring and remote control, we can expose the deviations and get the technical adjustments right so that unnecessary consumption can be eliminated immediately.
For example, through energy audits, we can identify which measures are best for each property to operate sustainably, obtaining savings and increasing the value of the property. We are looking for solutions that work best for the whole, so that energy and water can be used more efficiently.

Energy management is a tailor-made service package that enhances the energy consumption of buildings without compromising on convenience. We also produce annual reporting on your properties in accordance with energy efficiency agreements (TETS and VAETS) and sustainability reporting (e.g. GRESB).

The building automation system is connected to a 24-hour energy management centre, which reduces the energy and water consumption of the property through regular remote inspections of technical building systems.

The statutory energy audit of large companies opens up your company’s energy consumption and savings potential in more detail. The review includes an analysis of the energy use of the whole group or company, site reviews, energy efficiency improvement measures and a plan of site reviews for the next four years. Large companies must carry out an energy audit every four years.
We will provide you with statutory energy certificates indicating the calculated energy performance and energy efficiency class (A-G) of the building, based on its characteristics. An energy certificate must be presented when applying for a building permit for a new building and when selling or renting an existing building. The certificate may only be drawn up by a qualified author.
The visible conditions service optimizes the property’s temperature and indoor air conditions on a per-room basis, saving both money and the environment. The service monitors the conditions of the property and presents them as a 3D model.
