Marina Salenius new senior vice president of Huoneistokeskus

Marina Salenius has been appointed senior vice president of Huoneistokeskus, effective as of 1 January 2021. Salenius, who has a master’s degree in economics and is a licensed real estate agent, has 16 years of experience and a successful career in real estate and knows the industry and its actors extremely well. Most recently, she has served as deputy CEO and chief financial officer of Kiinteistömaailma. The current senior vice president of Huoneistokeskus, Kari Virta, will continue his work as president and CEO of Realia, the parent company of Huoneistokeskus.

In her new position, she will be responsible for Huoneistokeskus Oy’s business operations nationwide and will report to Realia’s president and CEO Kari Virta.
