Minna Toiviainen has been appointed SVP, Realia Management and a member of the executive team of Realia from 6 April 2020. Toiviainen will report to Realia President and CEO Kari Virta.

Toiviainen is a long-term professional in the service business, and she joins Realia Management from Med Group, a social and healthcare sector company, where she was responsible for the business operations providing care to special groups at home. Prior to Med Group, Toiviainen worked at Finnair, where she was responsible for customer service both on the ground (airports, telephone, internet) and in the air (cabin service).

“I am delighted that Minna will lead Realia Management’s business operations and be part of our team. Minna’s extensive experience in service management is very valuable, and I am confident that under her leadership, we will be able to expand our business and continue to develop our operating models at Realia Management in a customer-focused direction”, says Realia President and CEO Kari Virta.
