Realia Isännöinti Oy, Finland’s largest property management company, has acquired the Oulu-based company TaloHelmi Oy. The acquisition continues Realia Isännöinti’s growth strategy and advances its goal to be a pioneer in the property management industry.
TaloHelmi Oy has operated in Oulu since 2009, and since 2015, the company has achieved a strong position in the Oulu region.
“TaloHelmi Oy wanted to ensure the continued availability to customers of qualified and skilled staff, and also to ensure that its staff have the support for their work that can be provided by a larger company that is a leader in the industry. Our family company’s growth target seemed difficult to achieve, but after reflection and after finding a suitable partner, the decision on the business transaction was easy to make”, says Raimo Holappa, chair of the board of TaloHelmi Oy.
“We wanted a straightforward company to continue our contract work for our valued housing company customers in Oulu. The staff of TaloHelmi Oy will work for Realia Isännöinti Oy. In practice, the operations will continue in our current premises at Hallituskatu 23 until the end of 2020, after which we will move to Realia Isännöinti Oy’s Oulu office”, Holappa continues.

As a result of the business transaction, TaloHelmi Oy’s current customer contracts have been transferred to Realia Isännöinti Oy.
