“For some time, my associate Antti Koljonen and I had been discussing the next stage of our development and ownership, and we are very pleased to have found a strong and stable new owner in Retta Isännöinti. We have developed a high-quality range of services that are valued by our customers, and their development will continue through the new partnership”, says Kantakaupungin Isännöinti Oy managing director Juha Leppänen.

“It is really great that the skilled and experienced personnel of Kantakaupungin Isännöinti Oy have now joined Realia Isännöinti, and our real estate management operations in the Helsinki metropolitan area, and especially in Helsinki, will become even stronger. The change of ownership will have no effect on the existing customer agreements”, says Veli Huotari, Senior Vice President of Realia Isännöinti.

“I am very pleased that through this acquisition our growth in the property management sector will continue in line with our strategy. I warmly welcome the employees of Kantakaupungin Isännöinti to Retta”, says Matti Bergendahl, President and CEO of Realia.
