The service includes: current general ledger and financial statements (excluding annual report), tax return via the Suomi.fi service, accounts payable and invoice payment, OmaRetta service and access to financial reports and bank statements from the Hausvise accounting system, telecommunications/network connection fee, electronic archiving of material.

*The final price is tailored to the customer’s situation and service needs, depending on the size and structure of the housing company, for example, including a customized counterparty ledger service.

Counterparty account service fee €5.30 / month / apartment (Includes: Generating and sending counterparty invoices, monitoring payment advances and receivables, and sending possible payment reminders. In addition, the counterparty account service enables, for example, water meter or other consumption billing (charged separately).
