Realia Isännöinti, a company in the Realia , the largest provider of real estate management and agency services, has acquired Aktiiva Oy Isännöintipalvelu. The acquisition is part of the growth strategy of Realia and its subsidiary Realia Isännöinti, and further helps Realia Isännöinti to be a pioneer in the property management business.

Aktiiva Oy Isännöintipalvelu is a company providing real estate management services of high quality in the Kuopio region. Its history dates back to the early 1990s, and it serves approximately 170 housing and real estate companies.

“We need to broaden our shoulders to develop our operations and respond to the growing customer needs even better. As part of Realia, we will be well placed to develop our operations in the best interest of our customers,” says Veijo Pirinen, Unit Manager at Aktiiva Oy Isännöintipalvelu.
