On 30 April 2020, Realia Isännöinti Oy acquired the business operations of MAH Isännöinti Oy. As a result of the transaction, MAH Isännöinti Oy’s business operations, and thus the company’s customer accounts, were transferred to Realia Isännöinti Oy as of 1 May 2020.

MAH Isännöinti Oy is a property management company based in Vallila, Helsinki. The company’s operations date back to 1987. MAH Isännöinti managing director Olli Vesterinen and the company’s other personnel will join Realia Isännöinti, and the company’s customer accounts will also be transferred to Realia Isännöinti.
