A change of address notification to the housing company must be made in OmaRetta. According to the law, a change of address notification must always be made when moving permanently from one residence to another or when temporary residence at another address lasts more than three months. The change of address notification must also be made to the Post and the Local Register Office.
Renovation notifications must be made in OmaRetta. A renovation notification, or a legally required shareholder maintenance and alteration notification, is required for all changes made in an apartment that may affect the building’s structures or neighboring apartments, the building’s insulation, water, electricity, gas, or similar pipes installed in the building, or the ventilation system.
Non-urgent fault reports are easiest to make in OmaRetta. You can report issues such as a cold radiator or other non-urgent matters. For more significant damages, such as water damage, you should immediately contact the maintenance company’s emergency service.
