Realia Isännöinti has acquired Keminmaa-based Rainto Oy. Realia Isännöinti is a member of Realia, the largest property management and real estate services provider in the Nordic countries. The acquisition is part of the growth strategy of Realia and its subsidiary Realia Isännöinti, and further helps Realia Isännöinti to be a pioneer in the property management business.

Rainto Oy provides high quality property management services in the Keminmaa and Kemi regions, and its property management operations started in 1995. The company serves about 30 housing companies.

To ensure that both our current and new customers will continue to receive good services that will be developed even further, I wanted to become partners with Realia Isännöinti. Together, we will now have the chance to provide our highly competent property management services to even more customers,” says Jukka Rainto, the Managing Director of Rainto Oy.

Realia Isännöinti is currently the only company in Sea Lapland with property management personnel who have completed the AIT degree and the Authorised property manager qualification.

Following the transaction, Rainto Oy will continue its operations as a separate company for the time being.
