Huom! Kiinteistönvälitys Oy and Huoneistokeskus Oy will join forces on 1 September 2021 under the Huoneistokeskus brand. As a result of the merger, Huoneistokeskus will be an even stronger player in the real estate market and will provide comprehensive brokerage services throughout Finland. Huom! Kiinteistönvälitys and Huoneistokeskus both belong to Realia.
Huoneistokeskus is one of the strongest and most respected brands in the Finnish brokerage industry, and is particularly known for its highly professional brokers. The merger of Huom! Kiinteistönvälitys and Huoneistokeskus will make Huoneistokeskus a stronger player in the Finnish real estate brokerage market.

Marina Salenius, Senior Vice President of real estate brokerage at Realia, will continue in her current role at Huoneistokeskus and report to Kari Virta, President and CEO of Realia.
