Retta Isännöinti’s financial services operate centrally. Our accounting centers are located in Seinäjoki and Kuusamo. In addition, there are financial service teams in Joensuu, Jyväskylä, and Tampere. Due to the centralized service, an accountant can work in a different office than the property manager and office property manager. This is made possible by our modern systems and unified, highly refined operating methods. However, teamwork in our financial services is close-knit, and colleagues meet regularly.
The accountant’s main task is to take care of the comprehensive financial management of our client companies in accordance with our service promise and laws and regulations. Our accountants manage general ledger accounting, accounts payable, loan and maintenance fee ledgers, and financial statement preparation.
The best prerequisites for success in an accountant’s job are a commercial degree, such as a qualification in accounting or a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Previous experience in accounting is an advantage, but suitable accounting training and the ability to learn, along with a responsible attitude, also provide good readiness for the role. As with our other tasks, the work in our financial services is paced by the property management annual calendar. The work may occasionally involve tight deadlines, for example, when preparing financial statements and during the general meeting season, so our accountants are capable of working efficiently under time pressure.
Retta’s financial services have received authorization from the Association of Finnish Accounting Firms. This is a testament to the fact that we always provide our clients with high-quality and reliable financial services.
