The office property manager works alongside the property manager on property management matters and handles auxiliary tasks related to the management of the housing association, which require local presence and knowledge.

Shareholder and resident matters are mainly handled by our centralized customer service, but the office property manager is responsible for customer service for clients visiting our office. The office property manager receives assignments from clients, resolves customer issues, and directs them to digital customer systems or the appropriate person if necessary.

The tasks of an office property manager are very broad and vary slightly between units. Tasks include, among other things, water billing for the housing association, allocation of parking spaces and sauna shifts, billing of maintenance fees, and handling fault reports.

Additionally, the office property manager must be able to draft various documents and contracts, order keys, and book meeting venues.
