You log in to the service for the first time using a mobile certificate or online banking credentials, after which OmaRetta operates with your chosen username and password. Some of OmaRetta’s functions are also available without logging in.

In the ‘Loans’ section of ‘My Finances,’ you can view the loan share allocated to your apartment. You can see details such as loan and interest information, balance status, repayment dates, and the last interest adjustment date.
