D\u00e4rf\u00f6r f\u00e5r du till exempel inte m\u00e5la en balkongv\u00e4gg som syns ut\u00e5t i den f\u00e4rg du sj\u00e4lv tycker eller installera en fast solmarkis utan tillst\u00e5nd av bostadsaktiebolaget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eftersom balkonggolvet inte p\u00e5verkar fasaden har du friare h\u00e4nder att m\u00e5la det eller f\u00f6r\u00e4ndra det p\u00e5 annat s\u00e4tt. Du kan till exempel skaffa tr\u00e4trallar som k\u00e4nns behagliga under f\u00f6tterna. F\u00f6r golvplattor kr\u00e4vs d\u00e4remot tillst\u00e5nd f\u00f6r \u00e4ndringsarbetet och adekvat fuktisolering, vilket inneb\u00e4r att aktie\u00e4garen m\u00e5ste diskutera sina plattl\u00e4ggningsdr\u00f6mmar med bostadsaktiebolaget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Med odlingss\u00e4ckar finns det plats f\u00f6r sk\u00f6rd ocks\u00e5 p\u00e5 en liten balkong, st\u00f6rre v\u00e4xtk\u00e4rl kr\u00e4ver lite mer utrymme. Hobbytr\u00e4dg\u00e5rdsm\u00e4staren m\u00e5ste dock se till att det eventuella bevattningsvattnet leds bort fr\u00e5n balkonggolvet p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt s\u00e4tt, s\u00e5 att det inte kommer in i konstruktionerna. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r b\u00f6r man alltid st\u00e4lla ett separat underlag under odlingskrukorna och odlingsk\u00e4rlen, s\u00e5 att \u00f6verloppsvattnet inte kan orsaka skada. Det \u00e4r \u00e4ven bra att flytta k\u00e4rlen till vinterf\u00f6rvaring efter sommaren, s\u00e5 att de inte utg\u00f6r en risk f\u00f6r konstruktionernas b\u00e4rkraft n\u00e4r de fryser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Observera dessutom att gasolflaskor som f\u00f6rvaras p\u00e5 balkongen f\u00e5r v\u00e4ga maximalt 25&nbsp;kg. Om balkongen \u00e4r inglasad ska den boende dessutom se till att luftv\u00e4xlingen \u00e4r tillr\u00e4cklig, s\u00e5 att gasol inte kan l\u00e4cka in i bostaden fr\u00e5n balkongen om apparaten g\u00e5r s\u00f6nder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00e5de balkongv\u00e4rmare och st\u00e4mningsfulla ljus kan dock utg\u00f6ra en brands\u00e4kerhetsrisk. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e4r det bra att komma ih\u00e5g att v\u00e4rmarna aldrig f\u00e5r placeras p\u00e5 ett s\u00e5dant s\u00e4tt att de kan hetta upp ytor eller textilier.
