operations of MAH Is\u00e4nn\u00f6inti Oy. As a result of the transaction, MAH Is\u00e4nn\u00f6inti Oy\u2019s business operations, and thus the company\u2019s customer accounts, were transferred to Realia Is\u00e4nn\u00f6inti Oy as of 1 May 2020.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MAH Is\u00e4nn\u00f6inti Oy is a property management company based in Vallila, Helsinki. The company\u2019s operations date back to 1987. MAH Is\u00e4nn\u00f6inti managing director <strong>Olli Vesterinen<\/strong> and the company\u2019s other personnel will join Realia Is\u00e4nn\u00f6inti, and the company\u2019s customer accounts will also be transferred to Realia Is\u00e4nn\u00f6inti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cRealia\u2019s comprehensive service offering enables our current customers to keep up with developments in the industry and to continue to receive expert and timely service\u201d, says Vesterinen.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWith the acquisition, our customers will be supported by an organisation that can meet the current challenges of property management and that has development potential on a larger scale than is possible for a smaller player\u201d, Vesterinen adds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI warmly welcome the staff of MAH Is\u00e4nn\u00f6inti to Realia Is\u00e4nn\u00f6inti.
