Realia Is\u00e4nn\u00f6inti is a member of <strong>Re<\/strong>alia, the largest property management and real estate services provider in the Nordic countries. The acquisition is part of the growth strategy of <strong><strong>Re<\/strong><\/strong>alia<\/strong> <strong>and its subsidiary Realia<\/strong> <strong>Is\u00e4nn\u00f6inti, and further supports Realia Is\u00e4nn\u00f6inti\u2019s goal of being a pioneer in the property management business.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kantakaupungin Is\u00e4nn\u00f6inti Oy has been a knowledgeable provider of property management services since its founding in the late 1980s. The company operates in the Helsinki area and serves approximately 85 housing and real estate companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cFor some time, my associate <strong>Antti Koljonen<\/strong> and I had been discussing the next stage of our development and ownership, and we are very pleased to have found a strong and stable new owner in Retta Is\u00e4nn\u00f6inti.
