LocalTapiola Real Estate Asset Management Ltd is a property investment and management service company owned by the LocalTapiola Group. It manages approximately one million square metres of properties at a value of roughly EUR 3 billion. LocalTapiola Real Estate Asset Management leases out office, commercial, logistics, hotel and other facilities and apartments in different parts of Finland.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/main>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

Before the partnership with Retta Management, LocalTapiola Real Estate Asset Management Ltd carried out property management and rent accounting tasks partly independently and partly as a purchased service. However, the company wanted to focus on its strategic key operations and was looking for an efficient and high-quality partner to produce and develop the aforementioned services.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/main>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

LocalTapiola Real Estate Asset Management has worked with Retta Management since 2010 (formerly Corbel Oy). Retta Management’s nationwide services cover the technical and general management of commercial facilities of LocalTapiola Real Estate Asset Management, general and rent accounting, payments and corporate management. In addition, the company has worked with Retta Management in terms of long-term plans and modifications required by tenants. <\/p>\n\n\n <\/main>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n
