The office property manager receives assignments from clients, resolves customer issues, and directs them to digital customer systems or the appropriate person if necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The tasks of an office property manager are very broad and vary slightly between units. Tasks include, among other things, water billing for the housing association, allocation of parking spaces and sauna shifts, billing of maintenance fees, and handling fault reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, the office property manager must be able to draft various documents and contracts, order keys, and book meeting venues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Those who succeed best at Retta Is\u00e4nn\u00f6inti have basic knowledge of the real estate industry and good interpersonal skills. Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle pressure and work collaboratively are also advantageous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A good customer experience is very important at Retta Is\u00e4nn\u00f6inti. We continuously measure the feedback we receive from customers.
