Realia Management acquires KJ-Kiinteistöjohto

Real estate management company, Realia Management Oy, has acquired KJ-Kiinteistöjohto Oy operating in real estate management markets in southern Finland. Realia Management is a subsidiary of Realia – the largest real estate brokerage and management company in the Nordics. The acquisition is part of Realia’s growth strategy and the goal to grow its footprint in real estate management as well as to develop excellent customer experience.

The transaction between KJ-Kiinteistöjohto and Realia Management was closed on Tuesday 13.10.2015. KJ-Kiinteistöjohto will be part of Realia Management, but will continue to operate separately headed by Sanna Paukku, the current CEO of the company. KJ-Kiinteistöjohto specializes in providing expert services in asset, property and facility management. The company was founded in year 2000 by Rakennusosakeyhtiö Hartela and Tuta-Sijoitus Oy and manages today approximately 900 000 m2. The 2014 turnover was circa 4 million euros and the company employed some 25 experts.

Targeting continuous development of real estate management services

Joining forces with KJ-Kiinteistöjohto supports Realia Management’s growth strategy as well as the strong focus to develop better customer experiences via knowledgeable experts. ”We want to strengthen our real estate management services across the country.
